Who Qualifies

Microdosing programs are available to adults 18 to 74 with a BMI above 20. A licensed provider reviews your intake, health history, and current medications to determine whether a program is appropriate for you — completing an intake never guarantees a prescription, and not every patient will qualify. Availability varies by state and is confirmed during your intake.

What is microdosing?

Microdosing uses smaller, consistent doses of multiple active ingredients working together — a low dose of GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP combined with supportive nutrients such as NAD+, B12, L-carnitine, or inositol. These programs are designed to support daily balance and overall wellness, including energy, focus, muscle, sleep, and recovery, as part of a healthy lifestyle. Programs

Energy & Mind is made to support energy, stamina, and focus. Muscle & Energy is focused on sustained energy and physical vitality. Sleep Support and Metabolic Support are oral options, and Maintenance is formulated to help maintain results and mitigate side effects. Your provider helps you choose, and decides which medication and format — injectable or oral — are appropriate.

Pricing & What's Included

Every microdosing program is $179 every 4 weeks, with medication shipped on a 4-week cycle and provider reviews every 12 weeks. Pricing includes your provider reviews, unlimited clinician consults (async or live, at no extra cost), and, if prescribed, your medication. Prolong Health is cash-pay. FSA/HSA cards, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. You can cancel anytime for any reason and request a refund at any time, except for a month in which your medication has already been ordered.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
