Mobile IV Infusions LLC, doing business as ProlongHealth (“ProlongHealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you provide when using ProlongHealth.ai and related services.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect, how we use and disclose that information, and the choices available to you.

1. About ProlongHealth

ProlongHealth operates a healthcare management and technology platform that helps individuals access health and wellness services.

Certain medical services accessible through ProlongHealth are provided by independent or affiliated licensed healthcare providers and professional medical entities. ProlongHealth itself does not independently diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or replace the professional judgment of licensed healthcare providers.

Local mobile IV therapy and other in-person services may be available only in designated geographic areas.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with ProlongHealth, we may collect information including:

  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Date of birth
  • Mailing or shipping address
  • State of residence
  • Services or treatments in which you express interest
  • Information submitted through website forms

  • IP address
  • Website activity and interactions
  • Referral source, advertising campaign, and similar attribution information
  • Cookie and similar technology information
  • Other information you voluntarily provide

When you proceed to a medical evaluation, additional health and medical information may be collected directly by the applicable healthcare provider, clinical platform, laboratory, pharmacy, or other healthcare service provider.

3. Medical and Health Information

Some information associated with healthcare services may constitute protected health information (“PHI”) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) when maintained or transmitted by a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider or its business associate.

Where HIPAA applies, PHI is handled according to applicable HIPAA requirements and the applicable healthcare provider's Notice of Privacy Practices.

This general website Privacy Policy is not intended to replace a healthcare provider's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

We may also use aggregated or appropriately de-identified information for analytics, business operations, service improvement, and other lawful purposes.

5. Healthcare Providers and Service Partners

ProlongHealth works with third parties that may include licensed healthcare providers and professional entities, telehealth and healthcare technology platforms, laboratories, pharmacies, payment processors, communications providers, hosting and technology providers, and other vendors necessary to provide requested services.

Information may be transmitted to these parties when reasonably necessary to fulfill your request, operate the platform, facilitate healthcare services, comply with law, or perform services on our behalf.

These organizations may maintain their own privacy policies, notices, terms, and legal obligations.

6. Medical Evaluation and TrueEval/TrueEHR

When you choose to continue to a medical evaluation, certain information you provide to ProlongHealth may be securely transmitted to the clinical technology infrastructure used to initiate your medical evaluation.

The medical intake process may collect additional information necessary for licensed healthcare providers to evaluate your request for care.

Medical eligibility, diagnosis, treatment decisions, prescribing decisions, and other clinical determinations are made by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals and not by ProlongHealth's marketing website or automated marketing systems.

7. Laboratories and Pharmacies

If your care involves laboratory testing or medication fulfillment, information necessary to provide those services may be transmitted to participating laboratories, pharmacies, healthcare providers, or related service providers.

These entities may be subject to separate privacy and healthcare regulatory requirements.

8. Payment Information

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

ProlongHealth may receive information concerning a transaction, such as transaction status, amount, date, and related identifiers. Full payment-card information may be collected and processed directly by the applicable payment processor rather than stored by ProlongHealth.

9. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

ProlongHealth.ai may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website performance, prevent fraud, and measure website activity.

We may also use analytics or advertising technologies where permitted by applicable law.

We do not intentionally use advertising or analytics technologies to disclose PHI for advertising purposes in violation of applicable healthcare privacy laws.

We evaluate tracking technologies and their configuration based on the nature of the webpage and information involved.

Users may be able to control certain cookies through browser settings or consent-management tools made available on the website.

10. Advertising and Marketing

Where permitted by law, ProlongHealth may use information about website interactions to understand marketing performance and improve our advertising.

We may advertise through search engines, social-media platforms, and other advertising services.

We do not sell medical records or PHI.

We do not authorize the use of PHI for targeted advertising where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Artificial Intelligence

ProlongHealth may use artificial intelligence and automated technologies to support non-clinical functions such as website navigation, customer service, educational content, administrative workflows, analytics, and business operations.

Unless expressly identified as part of a provider-directed clinical service, an AI assistant made available through ProlongHealth is not a physician or other licensed healthcare professional and is not intended to independently diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or replace professional medical judgment.

ProlongHealth seeks to limit the information provided to AI systems based on the intended function of the system and applicable privacy requirements.

12. How We Share Information

We may disclose information:

  • To healthcare providers involved in requested care
  • To healthcare technology and telehealth partners

  • When requested or authorized by you

  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of ProlongHealth, users, providers, or others
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law

We do not sell PHI.

13. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

However, no internet transmission, website, database, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should take appropriate precautions when transmitting information electronically.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide requested services, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Different categories of information may be subject to different retention periods.

Healthcare providers and other regulated entities may maintain medical records according to their own legal and professional record-retention requirements.

  • Obtain information regarding certain disclosures
  • Withdraw certain consents
  • Opt out of certain marketing communications
  • Exercise additional rights provided by applicable state law

These rights may be subject to exceptions and verification requirements.

Rights involving medical records maintained by a healthcare provider may need to be exercised directly with that healthcare provider.

16. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain states may have additional rights concerning personal information or consumer health information under applicable state privacy laws.

Where required, ProlongHealth will provide applicable rights, notices, consent mechanisms, and appeal procedures.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit rights available under applicable law.

17. Communications

If you provide your email address or telephone number, ProlongHealth may use that information to communicate with you regarding requests, services, transactions, support, or other communications permitted by law.

SMS consent and telephone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

19. Children's Privacy

ProlongHealth services are intended for adults unless a particular service expressly states otherwise.

We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through services intended exclusively for adults.

20. Third-Party Websites and Services

ProlongHealth.ai may contain links to websites, applications, portals, pharmacies, laboratories, healthcare providers, or other services operated by third parties.

Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies and notices. ProlongHealth is not responsible for the privacy practices of unaffiliated third-party services.

21. Data Breaches

If a security incident involving personal or health information occurs, ProlongHealth and/or the applicable healthcare or technology entity will provide notifications as required by applicable federal and state law.

22. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.
